Kyle is an associate attorney at Whitmer Law PLLC. He is a dual J.D. and can practice law in both the U.S. and Canada. With experience in personal injury claims and commercial litigation. He has litigated injury claims exceeding $100,000.00 and property damage claims exceeding $10Million. His experience includes complex commercial contract and insurance policy disputes, and technology transactions in e-commerce, software/SaaS, and data privacy. Kyle navigates clients’ critical needs from initial transactions, through breaches and, when necessary, into the courtroom.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kyle was an electronics engineer where he engaged in innovation and research including the development of nano-sized light filters culminating in a contribution to a paper published with IEEE. He also has experience in 3D design and 3D printing, digital music communication algorithms, and scanning electron microscopic image analysis. Being an engineer, as well as an attorney, Kyle is the ideal technology and intellectual property law advisor.
